I'm pretty sure almost every graphics card supports 2 monitors. You just need the monitor, plug it into the back of your computer in the second slot (which I think also is always there?).
Then right click your desktop, click properties. In the "Display Properties" box click "Settings". Two boxes should be displayed, and if you right click the grayed out one you can check "Attatched" and it should work.
Aside from that you can click "Advanced" in the settings tab and with the "Displays" tab in the new window you can switch which is the primary monitor.
I would wait to make sure I am right about most computers having dual slots, but I think you should be good to go if you buy a second monitor.
