thanks for the good wishes everyone

basically the situation is that someone in my family is in a coma, and we made the decision to let her go rather than insert a feeding tube, etc, in accordance with her wishes. but it is pretty [censored] up because she sometimes seems like she is going to wake up any day now. this will probably take a couple of weeks and it is going to be pretty taxing to say the least, i will be traveling back and forth between her home in western NY and NYC.

anyway so if i'm gone for a few days or if i seem even more cranky than usual cut me a little slack
