there's also a lot of italian immigrants in Argentina. Judging purely on Crespo's looks, there doesn't seem to be much native blood in him. From his looks and last name, to me, he looks very italian and his family has probably stayed like for the most part(or have had fairly pure spainard integration into the family), especially since a lot of italian immigrants are only a couple of generations old in the new world
