When the SB checks to you on a paired board like that, I'd make it a habit to bet ATC. Takes it down a lot and will help get you action when you do actually flop a boat.

As played, I think it's OK. You could raise the turn hoping he turned a pair of aces, but then he would much more cautious on the river, so I like the way you waited until the river to raise as that extracts more when he is bluffing. River overbet-shove is lol but probably the best line, only thing that is going to beat you here is A5, but there's a lot you beat and he is just begging to get it in.
