put each other on higher than ace jack? the check from utg cud suggest he missed flop thus the bet of 220 from utg+1. utg re-raised maybe thinkin he was either stealing or had ace king/queen nd then they were pot committed?
i dunno but this is standard enough? id never play it but i see it all the time...
