Pick up the [censored] trash. Stop being such a life nit.
Your neighbors were probably really drunk and didn't realize that they were leaving trash in your yard when they set off the fireworks.
What they did was inconsiderate. If they make a habit of this type of thing you should say something (to them and not some neighborhood board.)
If they do it once just pick the trash up and stop being such a whiny nit
