You also can't serve more than 2 terms, but FDR managed to. I'm sure people are working on the Arnie issue as we speak.

The two term thing was a precedent set by George Washington. There was never a law that said a president couldn't serve more than two terms - it was enacted after FDR's term. The Arnie thing would require changing the constitution, and is not going to happen.
