My screen name on Cake Poker is <screenname>. On <date> I made a deposit of <amount> on your site using my debit card ending in <last 4 digits of debit card>. The money has been withdrawn from my bank; but when I log into my account, it has a $0 balance. Could you please look into this and let me know if there's some problem?

EDIT: looks like PokerStudAA beat me to it. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] It's not by accident that the e-mails are similar, even though I didn't see his until after I posted mine.
