Default $100 NL set - raise turn or give rope?

Villain is 23/13/1.5 50 hands.

Preflop: I called the reraise with 13.5-1 implied odds. However, is this too tight to call? Should I go for 17/18-1 implied odds instead?

I put him on AK AQ AA-TT and maybe KQs - too tight a range for reraising?

Flop: His c-bet looks like either whiffed AK/AQ or overpair still. Anyone recommend a raise? I feel that heads up we get the most long term equity to let AK peel, and let overpair bet again on the turn.

Turn: Do we raise here? He'll only have $60 some left in a big pot and would call with AA-KK AK (doubt pairs under QQ).
Or do we let him peel again and play a river?

Thanks for your ideas!
