BALLYS ATLANTIC CITY is terrible. I haven't been there in a while for a good reason, THE GAMES SUCK. I've heard the traffic is dead since the smoking ban. GO TO CAESARS, money flows like water. Pretty sad, cuz ballys is where i got my start
