Re: critique this insane diet
I'm no diet expert obv, but it would seem to me that if you had true dedication, and made sure you were getting good healthy carbs and fats with all that protein, you'd be pretty much set. I'd go insane and cheat my ass off if I ate the same thing every day, but that's why I've varied it so much in my own diet plan.
