FWIW, he 100% without a doubt gave me a phony name he was to send from on UB in the other thread. I really wish I had sent something like $5 in retrospect that he could not reciprocate, but I sort of blew the whistle too soon. I know he has had some successful transfers here, but I deep down think they are only a result of him almost getting caught. I would email FTP or PM FTPDoug to get his "issues" straightened out.

yeah, guess ill officially blow the whistle on this one. its only 300 but hopefully itll keep him out of the thread for good. i think these xfers are still invaluable post neteller.
