3bet is standard preflop; c-bet on dry flop is questionable. Normally I'd c-bet after 3-betting almost always, but against a halfstack you should probably wait until the turn. If he checks again, you can d-bet (phrase my friend coined); if he bets there you can get away from your AK high cheaply.
That said, I can live with the c-bet (and might do it myself), but as played, you have to fold the flop when he checkraises all-in. You only beat a bluff; villain has pocket pair here like 75+% of the time.
