Stars Card Generator (Scroll to Shuffle)
Apparently at Pokerstars, it's based on the way you move your mouse and the temperature of their processors, to get random numbers to determine the random cards.
This one line sounds like a hand is generated first, then it is dealt out. It makes sense cause once you shuffle a real deck of cards, it's predetermined what's coming:
"Furthermore, we apply conservative rules to enforce the required degree of randomness; for instance, if user input does not generate required amount of entropy, we do not start the
next hand until we obtain the required amount of entropy from Intel RNG."
