I just learned that
there is an optional $10 dealer toke for an additional 375 chips. So, it should be fine to just do that and not tip if I win, right? I assume most people will do that, so it will be $100 in tips, which is about 10% of the winnings, so that should be good, right? Surely they won't expect an additional tip on top of the optional dealer toke?
