It seems fine to me. My guess is that you're a slight underdog to his calling range, but the pot isn't empty, you should have some folding equity, and if you don't have folding equity then you're either not an underdog to his calling range anymore or Villain only checkraises really big hands in this spot. But his stats suggest that he's probably checkraising a somewhat wide range that includes overpairs, pair + draw hands and maybe worse flush draws in addition to sets, two pair, and flopped straights.

The biggest question, I think, is whether or not calling the checkraise is even more profitable. But as Lucky Jim mentioned, your outs are hardly disguised at all, which cuts into your implied odds on a call.
