Bet the flop (potsize!) and in case that Villain just calls, strongly bet the turn (3/4 pot size). If he calls again, you may check/call the river.
As played here I would call the river. A shove is completely senseless imho as we know nothing about Villains hand and a higher J would perfectly fit his line here (many other hands as well - according to your weak betting, but we canīt know) ...
