first 2 should be zero, there should be signs and warnings around the area alerting people of the dangers and not to walk there, if they then choose to it's their fault. Dude was just doing his job as he was supposed to. And fining the girl for the burn is just silly to me, as soon as that thing gets hot and you are holding it you will let go, if you don't, and you keep holding on till you get burnt it's your fault for being a moron.
