HUGE BRAG: My boss just got shitcanned

Just got back from a midday celebration with the rest of the coworkers on my team. Our horrible boss, Karl, was fired earlier today. Security escorted him out of the office.
Karl was a Senior VP in the company. He was literally on his 9th life. Here are the top 5 reasons Karl sucked ass:
1. He was passive agressive
2. He micromanaged
3. He was demanding, but thankless
4. He was a dickhole, and made inappropriate comments
5. He was unorganized, and left everything until the last minute
Last Thursday, Karl had me stay in the office until 11pm working on a presentation. The thing is, he stood over my shoulder the entire time, telling me exactly what to do with it. Awesome. Formatting a presentation really is a two person job. Way to go Karl, charging the client $140/person/hour for something that could easily be done by one person.
