OOP and deep = fold. Even if youre ahead, SB at least has a strong draw, and its hard to put MP on a range, but since he is so passive I think it would be on the stronger end of the spectrum. Being OOP on the turn is going to be impossible to play well. I would cut my losses and fold.
Also, I would take a different seat. Being OOP to a 68/1/.5 every hand and also being deep is asking for a situation like this to come up.
