I'm betting the turn always and looking to get all in against a bad/loose player. You're giving up quite a lot by checking the turn as a lot of his range is calling another bet. Him filling up on that turn card is rather unlikely as he would need to be playing 23, 25, or an unlikely set. But he will never be getting away from a hand like A4, and might go broke with 77 on the turn or just call down, etc. But seriously, just keep betting the turn.
As played you're chopping too much to fold the river so I'd call.
