You are getting yourself in a lot of trouble trying to trap/playing scared on the turn. I think your hand is sneaky enough that you can afford to play this pretty straightforward, and then make the correct fold if necessary...
I think a small 2pair from a loose player reraises your CR on that flop and maybe folds to a push, thus the only Full House he has is a big one with a 55, 33 or 66...
That said, his river reraise is too small to rep a big fullhouse IMO..
As a loose player, he is playing this hand pretty conservatively. Thus, I put him on something like 4 7 or maybe just the 4.
Tough laydown...and definitely an unfortunate turn/river.
