I don't like calling with these hands preflop. A tight villain can't have many worse hands when he opens from utg. When you call preflop with KJo this is nearly the best kind of flop you can get.
I would probably shove it in already on the flop. On the turn there aren't many hands you beat (maybe QJ) but I think you have to go with it since the stacks aren't any deeper.
You run into lots of trouble calling with these rookie hands preflop.
