I am certain that 9/18 is a regular game because they have $3 chips used only for that game.

I don't recall seeing 8/16 and I'd be surprised if it's ever spread since they're obviously committed to 9/18. Also, IMO, 9/18 is a better game due to the 2/3 blind structure.
