I think fold after the 3-bet may be the best. If you call it could get capped.

on 3/6 you have to pay 2/3 (the SB here ist 1 and the BB 3
if you think it's horrible to fold, you may better read a few pokerbooks. You are oop with a trash starting hand all off the time
