Default 5k Borgata Summer Open Quick Preflop Question

Day 2 of the Borgata Summer Open. Starting stacks of 50k. I have worked my way all the way to a gentleman's 32k. Table has been playing moderately tight preflop with nothing wacky going on. Decent amount of limping.

400/800 75 ante. Last hand of the level before going to 500/1k 100 ante. Chip average is 66kish.

UTG+1 limps. Another NYC player I know and he could be limping with anything suited. He has 55kish in chips and loves to gamble. However, he gives me tons of respect and has actually told me that he's positive I'm incapable of bluffing. MP1 limps. He has 50kish in chips and has been raising and limping with the most frequency. Since he's been raising a lot, I assume a limp isn't that strong. He might be tilting a little. CO limps. He has 70kish and seems pretty tight. He definitely could be limping with a pair or even AJ, possibly even AQ. SB completes (likely with junk). However, she seems to way overplay hands, so who knows what she's capable of. She has around 40k. I have KJo in the BB, is this a good opportunity to raise with 4750 in chips in the pot? My image as always is pretty rock like.

If it is a good time to raise, whats the correct raise amount?
