Ok, also fair enough. There's always going to be the crowd that tips dealers because they dealt a monster hand. I'm aiming more at the 2+2 crowd that (at least theoretically) realizes we tip dealers for professional services and not for dealing good/bad cards. These are the people that tip $X a pot every time just because thats what they're suppose to do. I'd like these people to distribute the tips in a slightly more biased way. Obviously, biased towards good dealing, which is what the OP was proposing.
