I must say during my recent visit to they Wynn I was surprised and appalled by a couple of the dealers. I forgot their names but they were rude, discourtious, did not pay attention to the game, talked too much to the players, were doing chip tricks with the drop etc. One dealer would even go so far as when Player A bet, Player B would be thinking no more than 30 seconds and dealer would mockingly push the pot to player A as to tell Player B "we all know you're not calling lets get on with it". I had resolved to throw a fit if he did that in a pot I was involved in.
