Default Re: Results of My E-Mail To Support

For the record, here's the e-mail I sent.

And I'll beat you all to the punch by admitting the "multiple hundreds of dollars of equity" was maybe a bit over the top considering the entire pot was like $300.

lol

I think the fact that I've been on the site for nearly 3 years (though only recreationally for the first 2), and the fact that I threatened to leave made a difference, but whatever.

Subject: One Player To A Hand

>As a LONGTIME player on the site, who has never had even a warning
regarding my chat, I find the following to be despicable and will be VERY
upset if I do not feel sufficient action is taken.

>Because of the player's direct breaking of your site's rules and
regulations, I lost over $100. There is no doubt in my mind that,
regardless of the actual outcome of the hand, player "podolski2" cost me
multiple hundreds of dollars of equity by directly and deliberately
breaking the rules he agreed to abide by after signing up.

>As far as I have always known, knowingly breaking rules deserves
punishment - especially when it affects someone else.
