2 trips ago a winning higher limit player at Resorts sat at my 10/20 table and was talking to a friend of his who is a regular at 10/20. He kept saying how much tougher the 20/40 is than the 10/20. He said you really have to play good and better have more than $15,000 in your bankroll before you make the jump & you will lose your a couple grand your first few sessions. He also commented on how many of the older regulars in the game will really come after new players to their game.
I've never played higher than 10/20 and won't be ready to make the jump in levels for a while. Can anybody comment on his assesment?
