Default aggravation with full tilt poker

i'm posting this in the hope that ftp doug will see this and address the problem.

full tilt customer service has me on severe tilt.

they have told me that they will not send hand histories via email. i think this is ridiculous, as i have no way of recovering when i miss hand histories due to a disconnect, software crash, etc. but whatever, that's annoying, but it's leading to a bigger issue. now, every time i request a transaction history they reply (usually after a 1-2 day delay...) with this email:


Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

Unfortunately, for reasons previously detailed, we will no longer be able to assist you by providing hand history information.

We appreciate your business. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please let us know.


by transaction history, i mean a record of all table buy-in, rebuy, and cashout amounts. this information is absolutely required in order to keep accurate records. after going back and forth they will finally send me the report. but i'm tired of having to go through this.

please, doug, can you try to get ftp customer service to stop sucking so hard?
