Default Ever been punched in the stomach?

I have. I'll let Aaron Hendrix from pokerpages tell the story.

Jordan Morgan is sick right now... and not in the sick running good kind of way. Jordan raised to 32K UTG and was called by the BB. On a flop of JT9 the BB pushed all in for 320K... a huge overbet into the less then 100K pot. Jordan contemplated the call for some time. It would leave him with less then 30K if he called and lost the hand. Convinced he had the best hand Morgan made the call. The BB turned over AQ for the open ended straight draw. Morgan showed KK. The BB had 9 outs. 4 8's, 2 K's, and 3 A's. The turn was a brick. The river gave Morgan a set of kings. Unfortunately it was one of the 9 outs his opponent needed to win the hand.

Jordan Morgan went all in the next hand with his last 27K and was eliminated in 24th place, so close to being the massive chip leader just moments earlier.

The pot was for over 800k with 23 left. Second was around 450k at the time, and for reference here are the final table stacks:

Seating Assignments and Chip Counts:
Seat 1: Evan Schwartz - 792,000
Seat 2: Justin Rollo - 772,000
Seat 4: Darryl Ronconi - 662,000
Seat 3: Adam Ross - 346,000
Seat 5: Ben Ponzio - 415,000
Seat 6: Danny Noam - 563,000
Seat 7: David Hewitt - 600,000
Seat 8: Ken Einiger - 1,039,000
Seat 9: Travis Rice - 1,284,000

So yeah, that pot would've put me in 3rd at the final table...

And yes, I know, lol donkaments and all that crap, but GOD DAMN, THE BRACELET WAS MINE.
