I'm ~18.5/11 since I started playing again, but like you before playing MTTs I was a limit 6-max guy. I've tightened my game up considerably in the past week, before then I was somewhere around 21/13. I'd estimate your average 2+2r is somewhere in the range of 15/9, but I could be wrong.
