I used to be somewhat successful in tournaments, but I feel playing alot of 6-max cashgames have really destroyed my tournament play. I am a LAG in these games I guess (around 27/22), when playing MTTs I often find myself playing overly aggressive and loose preflop as a result of the cashgames.

I know there are no golden rules of preflop frequencies, but in what ranges do you winning tournament players find yourself approximately? (VPIP/PFR ranges)
