Reraising the flop is just terrible here. The goal of poker is to induce mistakes. Reraise the flop and you make it incredibly difficult for him to do anything besides play perfectly.
And IMO, you should be calling this flop with a wide enough range that it makes it incredibly difficult for him to not make a mistake on the turn.
