And there's no difference between exploiting the bad decisions an opponent makes in a poker game and exploiting the mistakes/bad decisions they make unrelated to the actual poker-skill part of the game?

Tilt, playing above your bankroll or otherwise playing where and when you shouldn't, can all be considered as part of the skill needed to play poker and it's ok to take advantage of someone who makes a bad decision of this nature. Accidentally signing up for a sng 100x your usual buyin(if indeed that was what happened) is, imho, a mistake of a totally different nature.

Of course there is nothing unlawful or rulebreaking about taking advantage of this situation, but labeling it as ok because it's part of the better decision making good players make, seems fairly far fetched.
