According to my database of only about 700k hands, the average stats are 25/7. The biggest winners are in the 14-15/5-8 range.
There are also LOTS of set minners in this game, but are pretty easy to spot.

I should have also stressed that one of the reasons why players with those stats were the biggest winners is because they are the ones that I have the most hands on as well.
As for your question, I haven't really played that much NL200 at Stars to compare, others may be better to respond.
