As played, call the river.
I prefer betting the turn though b/c I can't see him being full very often, but having trips, trips+straight draw, or the nut OESD seems likely, so I'd probably bet $2800 on the turn.
Also, betting this flop is fine. I wouldn't do it as a default play, but betting here is not incorrect. I'd probably bet here 80% of the time.
