i really cant see a guy potting from the SB pre flop who only raises 8% of the time having any Q4 combination
my thinking here is that if hes calling a pot bet from a guy in mid position for $25, with a total of 6 players in the pot, hes not folding for $40 more on the turn - he has to have a genuine holding here
obviously if he has a similar hand to me with a Q/higher pair/9 hes going to take the pot on the river when neither of us improve if all the money goes in on the turn
