Selecting Clark as VP would be a rarity....that is, picking someone who has never been elected to anything. That sort of move is usually seen in 3rd party or independent campaigns. Especially since Clark's first attempt at elective office was such a disaster.
I just don't think Clark will be in the mix. We shall see, but I think he is a non-factor.
