What should the dealer do? What would you want them to do?
Scenario: Binion's Horseshoe tournament, final table. About 7 left, I get allin preflop with JJ vs. someone else's KQ. We both turn our hands over before the flop is dealt. The dealer deals the flop: JJ3. I flopped quads, my opponent is drawing dead.
Should the dealer:
1) Deal the turn and river at normal speed
2) Deal the turn and river very quickly
3) Push me the pot immediately and muck both hands
