Default MyWebATscaM/ Full Tilt Poker

About a month ago, I withdrew money from FTP to mywebatm account. I have withdrawn money in the past using the atm card. I went to my atm and all the screens on the atm were normal until the last screen said “I am sorry, you have picked the one thing this machine can’t do.” WTF? Ok, so I went to a couple others and it didn’t work. When I checked my account balance it said the right amount of $300. I know 300 is nothing to most of you, but to someone who plays low stakes it is something.

So I went home and called mywebatm. I finally got through and they said that “a hold” was placed on my account. I did not put a hold on my account, and don’t know who did. Obviously, the person on the phone couldn’t help me. I was told about a month ago that a “rush” was put on my account to be looked at. So I figured sometime in the following week, I would get a response and that did not happen.

I then called mywebatm about two weeks later. I asked to talk to a manager immediately. It seemed like the lady just handed the phone to the person next to her who claimed to be the manager. So I told the lady my situation. She said “I can’t do anything about this. I will put a rush on the account.” lol. So it’s been about a month now and no response. In the meantime, they’re obviously charging me my fees every month.

Fed up at this point, I contacted FTP. I told them what had happened to me and to my surprise, full tilt did not respond in a week. I have had no trouble with mywebatm in the past. So I sent them a second e-mail saying the same thing. They responded with, sorry it was out of there hands. Is it really out of there hands? Obviously my contacts at mywebatm are ridiculous. They told me to use this site to load up. Now I use it and I am getting screwed. What do you guys think I should do? It has been about two weeks since my second “rush” was put on the account, still no response.
