Default $NL50, interesting multi-way turn decision, all kinda outs

Thought this was an interesting hand from todays session. Table was nice and juicy ~40 VPIP. SB was reasonable TAG-ish hadn't done anything too crazy. Most of not all of the other players in the hand were pretty loose and stationy.

SB: $78.35
<font color="black">Hero (BB): $54.15</font>
UTG: $57.00
CO: $12.80
BTN: $35.65

<font color="black">Preflop:</font> Hero is dealt J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 Players)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $2.00</font>, CO calls $2.00, BTN calls $2.00, SB calls $1.75, Hero calls $1.50

<font color="black">Flop:</font> ($10) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG checks, CO checks, BTN checks

(dammit)

<font color="black">Turn:</font> ($10) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks, <font color="red">UTG bets $4.50</font>, CO calls $4.50, BTN calls $4.50, <font color="red">SB raises to $20.50</font>, Hero ...

Thoughts on how you play the turn given:
a) SB's check raise
b) if SB calls (or folds)
