Since it looks like they are playing Alpine Valley, Tom may stop in town, as he is extremly close with his Mom. (99% sure he will stop by to see her, will he go out drinking? 30 %) I will try to get in touch with a friend of mine who knows him better than I do. Send me a PM in August a couple weeks before the show, and I'll see if he's droppin in to town.
If not, he is very likely to be around (in public) in November and December.
