There was a thread in sports a while ago about what a cheap bastard Jordan is.
Jordan and Barkley are golfing, they get their clubs cleaned at the clubhouse; Barkley tosses the kid a $20, Jordan doesn't tip. Barkley says "hey, no tip?" , Jordan says "getting to clean my clubs is his tip".

Yeah, I started that thread. Barkley, by all accounts, is great to 99% of the people he meets though.
Still though....not tipping is a lot different from stealing $10K.
