Ammonia will etch an lcd over time, won't it? It'd obviously be fine for glass(es) though, so I'm not sure that glasses-safe = lcd-safe.

The lens-cleaning wipes do not contain ammonia, they contain isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol).

I’m no expert, but if you don’t use it too often, it seems like it should be OK.
