Raising here preflop is fine; you need to play aggressive here with the big stack in this situation. Turn is an easy push. It's very reasonable that BB has a club and is now trying to represent a king / take you off a lesser hand being that you showed weakness on the flop. I would have bet the flop and tried to take it down, as the last thing I would want is to see a fourth club OR get trapped in a situation that I hate (an A). Having said that, KcJx, KxJc, Acx are all within his range and you're ahead. You can't let him see it for 1800 / 3250 and if you get called, well, then you're probably ahead.
