Just picked this up from Dell Outlet - Is this as good as it seems?

It seems like the bare components inside of the machine are worth more than I'm paying. Other refurbs with comparable prices were nowhere near this level...
But I havent been big into the computer purchasing scene for 3 years (hence my awe at the specs) - is this a good deal today?
