I don't mind folding.

But I think I 3-bet here. I don't want to play the hand OOP is why I don't call. Folding seems weak with this hand. If he's a true nit you may be behind, but you don't know that at 300 hands and for most (even tight) players the open-raise range on the button is huuuuuge and I gotta think you're ahead.
