$2200 Cashout approved May 3rd. STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED.
Repeated e-mails to customer service with 3 day delay in response time!
Requested a stop payment. 4 days and still nothing.
Recieved this e-mail:
Thank you for contacting us regarding your withdrawal id 1000400409, for the amount of $2200, which was completed on May 3rd with DF TraceID: XXXXXXX.
We will issue a stop payment on the original draft and return the funds to your Ultimatebet account.
Once we receive confirmation from our bank that the check has been successfully cancelled, your Ultimatebet account will be adjusted accordingly.
Thank you for your patience while we process your request.
I wish to further inform you that we recently decided to change processors once again, because we, nor our customers were satisfied with the efficiency of the previous check processor.
In general, with this new processor, delivery on new checks issued from May 23rd is to take 7-10 business days rather than 2-6 weeks.
It is our sincerest expectation that we will mutually be satisfied with this new processing service.
